What is Equitable

The NE Statutes say Equitable is not necessarily equla but fair. My Parents class mediator guy said it could be anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 for me. What's up with that? My issue is I was the paycheck for 7 of 9 years then Wifey started bring in the big bucks with her business where she had a multi-million business going paid for direcxtly and indirectly by me. She took control of the finances right after marriage and squirelled everything away into home equity and her busines. I have some 401K's but that is it. It like she knew we were doomed from early on. Is a Judge going to screw me. All out assets are Marital Property.
